Responsibilities Technologies: - WebSphere Application Server, Liberty, APIgee, BPM, Weblogic Tools: - JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow Methodology: - Agile Automation: - Ansible, Terraform Scripting: - Python, Shell scripting Cloud: - AWS Orchestration: - Kubernetes Responsibilities – Be able to build, Install, configure & deploy middleware stack manually & through Ansible automation. Good at troubleshooting level 3 issues for all the listed technologies. Plan, coordinate and apply patch/upgrade middleware software’s to latest/required level. Coordinate and perform OS & DB maintenance activities. Able to take thread & heap dump and analyze them. Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation. Good hands-on experience in writing Ansible playbooks and managing execution from Ansible Tower. Have migrated middleware software’s to AWS cloud as server & serverless solution. Good knowledge of Fargate, lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, AWS CDK, etc. AWS services. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, EKS. Got exposure to CI/CD, GitHub actions. Work on service requests & user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc. Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues. Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines. Know audit requirements and how to coordinate & fulfill them. Monitoring and Tuning WebSphere/Liberty JVM. Basic understanding of REST, SOAP, API, JSON, XML Understanding of oauth token while configuring/calling API’s Able to troubleshoot API related issues ex. Postman, Apigee, Kong API Qualities – Team player: able to help & guide peers whenever needed Self-starter & independent Good communication – technically and in general conversation Open for cross-skilling and learning other technologies in middleware spectrum Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering
