We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee tax matters for our UK group entities. This role sits within the EMEA tax team of ANSYS a dynamic, fast-paced multinational headquartered in Canonsburg and listed on NASDAQ. The successful candidate will lead UK tax compliance, support US GAAP tax accounting and provision processes, and contribute to international and UK-specific tax advisory projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent, with 6+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and tax compliance obligations.
• Experience with US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740) is essential; exposure to US GAAP needed.
• Prior experience in a multinational group or Big 4 / top-tier accounting firm.
• Solid understanding of international tax principles, including OECD developments (Pillar 2, BEPS, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.
