• Establish and nurture a Lean Culture, ensuring productivity gains and waste reduction for GPV’s optimal cost positioning and growth.
• Implement methodologies of operational excellence across GPV, thus driving continuous improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety.
• As a Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of Lean tools/methods, Six Sigma, and descriptive statistics to lead and manage projects effectively.
• Lead transformational initiatives, implement best practices, and set up a GPV Standard to boost factory performance
• Passionate about Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, kaizen, and the ability to lead workshops and train WCM experts.
• Leadership, strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and a focus on longterm sustainability and efficiency.As a Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will be leading from the front, driving change, and ensuring GPV’s growth through Lean methodologies.
