Summary
The incumbent is expected to have experience in steering job redesign, competency framework development, OJT (On-the-Job Training) blueprint implementation, succession planning and talent management, as well as other learning activities to ensure our workforce stay relevant with essential digital readiness, skills, knowledge, and capabilities to meet current and future business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a competency framework for various functions,
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and key skills required at each role.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend learning interventions to address business needs.
  • Manage the design and implementation of job redesign initiatives to optimize workforce productivity and career development.
  • Develop and implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) blueprints to facilitate hands-on learning and assessments for new hires and existing employees.
  • Support the design and execution of succession planning and talent management programs.
  • Analyse and report learning and talent management metrics (e.g., turnover rates, course completion rate internal mobility) to inform decision-making and program improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations, e.g. course registrations and logistics.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Learning and Development experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Degree in Business, HR or Psychology or related field.
  • Advances Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA / Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance - ACLP).
  • Excellent communications with various levels of leadership.
  • Meticulous attention in details and ensuring high-quality accuracy.
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
