We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented legal professional to join our legal team.
As our Legal Assistant, you will provide crucial support to our solicitors and legal executives in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist solicitors and legal executives in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Organise and maintain legal files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assist in the preparation for meetings, hearings, and trials, including arranging logistics and compiling relevant materials
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical and professional standards
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation, case law, and legal procedures relevant to the practice areas of the firm
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the efficient functioning of the legal team and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the legal department
