We have a great opportunity for a legal secretary to join our Auckland office, primarily supporting our Resource Management (RMA) and Property teams, as well as the wider secretarial team as needed. We’re looking for someone who likes the idea of a role with plenty of variety, the opportunity to get stuck in and who thrives on managing competing demands.   • A naturally proactive, solution-focussed approach, who shows initiative and communicates effectively
  • 3 or more years’ experience that may include administrative roles within legal, professional services or corporate environments
  • The ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (including formatting) and the ability to pick up tech skills fast – you’ll also be using Foxit PDF reader and 3e financial management system in your day to day
  • Strong attention to detail and strives for high standards in everything they doA knack for identifying and creating efficiencies
