Description:
Our Gadbrook Park office is seeking a Legal Secretary to work within both the Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution Departments.
Hours: Full time or Part time role would be considered for the right candidate.
Purpose of Role: Working to providing high level, comprehensive, administrative and secretarial support to our Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution Teams.

Responsibilities:
- General administration of files, to include, amongst other things; opening new files, input of data in to the database, filing.
- Preparation of documents and typing, both dictation and copy work.
- Interacting with clients and dealing with general enquiries by email or telephone, and making appropriate file notes.
- Transcription of digital dictation and copy work.
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of all matters dealt with.
- Maintain high professional standards, confidence and integrity.
- Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.
Experience: Experience in secretarial role is preferred
