JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
  • Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
  • Fine dining experience preferred, with an understanding of high-quality service standards
  • Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is advantageous
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team
