Description OBX Linen Solutions, a division of Sun Realty, is seeking seasonal full-time linen associates. We're looking for hard working, energetic, reliable people with positive attitudes. Schedules may vary and weekends/holidays are required. The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements: • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass background screening • Assist with loading and unloading of company trucks • Operate commercial washers and dryers • Ability to lift 50-100lbs. constantly throughout the work day • Ability to work in varying weather conditions including extreme heat Requirements Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, standing, sitting, driving, reaching bending climbing steps, and lifting 50-100 pounds; repetitive motion, folding, wrapping, stocking linens; loading and unloading trucks; effective written and verbal communication in the English language. Machines/Equipment: The operation of laundry machines and driving box truck. Possess a valid, active driver’s license (minimum of 3 years), and clean driving record (MVR). Work Environment: Laundry facility, use of chemicals, and some exposure to outside weather conditions, fast paced, physically strenuous; climbing flights of steps inside and out; maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic. Responsibilities

The associate is responsible for operating commercial laundry equipment and managing the loading and unloading of company trucks. They must also handle the folding, wrapping, and stocking of linens while maintaining a fast-paced work environment.
