Litigation Assistant, Catastrophic Injury

Kennedys is looking for a Litigation Assistant to work on catastrophic injury matters. The candidate will contribute to the effectiveness of the team by providing a comprehensive and efficient support to the existing team when acting for a range of external clients so that the business objectives of the firm and team are achieved.
The candidates shall maintain the high standard of service offered to the firm’s existing clients and to assist in furthering the professional reputation of the team. The candidate will be assisting on a variety of interesting motor, public sector and EL and PL claims resulting in serious and catastrophic injury.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 1-2+ years’ with the relevant experience*
• Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
• Experience of assisting on large cases in a team environment
• Previous client contact
• Experience of arbitration and negotiation.
