E-LEARNING CONTENT CREATOR

To Be based at either our Southampton Port or Stanford-Le-Hope Port (London Gateway)
12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently offering a unique opportunity for an E-Learning Content Creator to join our Training team, for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will assist in the implementation of our new Learning Management System, by collaborating with key business stakeholders, the Technical Training team, and Human Resources to provide eLearning material for the new LMS. This role will also include administrative support, project coordination, and the creation of materials and learning content for the Learning Management System in all forms (PP, SCORM, etc.). This includes updating or reworking existing training materials, as well as creating new content.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A Qualification in training, adult education, and/or multimedia training and/or materials development is beneficial.
  • A Qualification in HTML and audio and video editing software would be beneficial.
  • Relevant experience in training, adult education, and/or multimedia training and/or materials development.
  • Proven experience in eLearning instructional design is essential
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems as a developer or administrator is preferred
  • Experience with HTML and audio and video editing software is preferred.
  • Experience with IT Communications and Marketing is preferred .
  • Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts and experience with video creation software.
  • Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong project coordination skills, with significant organisational and analytical skills
