You will provide comprehensive support to a team of Mortgage Loan Officers by managing both administrative and operational tasks. This is a critical role to ensure a smooth loan experience from application to closing, as you will be working directly with Loan Officers, Loan Processors, and Clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a mortgage or banking environment.
  • Experience analyzing different types of client income (W2, 1099, Tax Returns, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
  • Proficient in CRM, LOS, & POS systems.
  • Experience working with multiple lenders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and organize necessary documentation from clients, including income statements, tax returns, and identification.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze clients’ income sources and financial statements.
  • Perform calculations to verify and document clients’ income for loan qualification purposes.
  • Evaluate clients’ asset documentation, including bank statements and investment records.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset information in the loan application.
  • Facilitate electronic signing of loan documents by clients.
  • Ensure all necessary e-signatures are obtained and documents are properly filed.
  • Order property appraisals as required by the loan process.
  • Coordinate with appraisal vendors and ensure timely delivery of appraisal reports.
  • Monitor and track the progress of loan applications through various stages of the pipeline for assigned loan officers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the loan management system.
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members to address any issues or delays.
