Job Purpose:
As a Localization Lead you get the chance to coordinate translation of the projects for our clients. You will be communicating and collaborating with everyone involved in the localization process. Interacting with vendors, distributing tasks, resolving problems, creating reports—this would be your job. On top of that, you will use your IT knowledge, learn more about localization technologies, and expand your project management skills.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience with project coordination is an advantage
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to improvise and solve problems
  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Very good verbal and written English proficiency
  • Attention to detail, because just a single mistake can change the outcome of our work
  • Team spirit - you will be part of a team that helps each other
  • Previous relevant work experience and knowledge of localization field or CAT tools are a big advantage

Responsibilities
  • Close cooperation with project managers and localization engineers
  • Coordination of the localization process such as distributing tasks to our external translators and your colleagues, collecting final outputs, and solving issues
  • Analyzing the processes and finding opportunities for potential improvement
  • Communicating in English (especially via phone and email)
  • Getting to know the technologies used in localization (CAT tools, HTML/XML, etc.)
  • Keep track of your work including creating reports
