YOUR NEXT ROLE As a Localization Operations Strategist, you’ll be a key architect in building the future of Acclaro’s next-generation Services Platform. You’ll combine strategy with hands-on execution to design and optimize the workflows that power localization, AI, creative, and community services at scale. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate with Product, AI, Engineering, and Ops teams to bring efficiency, quality, and innovation into every layer of our delivery ecosystem. WHAT YOU’LL DO Architect and refine end-to-end localization workflows across AI, translation, creative, and community services Partner with Product and AI teams to evaluate and integrate tools that increase scalability, quality, and cost-efficiency Serve as the operations lead for new service launches within the platform, ensuring smooth rollout and process cohesion Build bridges across internal teams and stakeholders, aligning objectives, roadmaps, and delivery timelines Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform performance and client experience Stay ahead of localization industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation into our service model Define and document operational best practices to support scale, reliability, and measurable impact Contribute to pricing, packaging, and strategic planning for platform services Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or strategic process transformation Support change management and communication across teams as new workflows and tools are deployed THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU Have 8+ years of experience in localization, operations, or global content delivery, ideally in SaaS or tech environments Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience. Bring deep expertise in localization workflows, TMS/CAT tools, and content production pipelines Thrive in highly collaborative environments and are skilled at cross-functional stakeholder alignment Know how to build scalable, repeatable systems that balance quality with efficiency Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences Think strategically and execute pragmatically—you know when to build vs buy, when to pivot vs push through YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU Have experience working with AI-driven localization or content platforms Understand agile operations and iterative service design Bring experience in pricing models or platform-based service monetization Have worked in creative services or content production environments Speak multiple languages or have experience working across diverse linguistic and cultural teams WHY JOIN ACCLARO?
