JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves supporting day-to-day office activities to ensure the location runs efficiently. Responsibilities include interacting with vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other team members, with a focus on maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and clean environment.
EXPERIENCE:
- 0-2 years in a related field or area.
- Experience can include any relevant volunteer work, internships, or personal projects.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED.
SKILLS:
- Effective communication skills, with accommodations for alternative communication methods if needed.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills; training will be provided as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with support as needed.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $16 - $24 per hou
