Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operational tasks related to Loggers and Gateways, including procurement, implementation, maintenance & life cycles of hardware, as well as working in projects and coordinating their hardware rollouts
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Acceptance testing for new hardware/app developments and releasing firmware-updates
  • 2nd-level support regarding customer inquiries, troubleshooting and training of the 1st-level support team
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and products
  • Monitor data quality on our different platforms and track KPIs
