Description:
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Operations Assistant IV performs clerical functions in a warehouse environment including classifying, reconciling, consolidating, order batching, carrier coordination, claims resolution and summarizing of documents and information. You will maintain records or logs and verify completion and accuracy of information and maintain files and records.
Compensation : The annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $57,000.

QUALIFICATIONS
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience
- Two (2) years or more warehouse experience
- Previous supply chain start-up experience in a warehouse environment highly considered but not required
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Regular monitoring of order drops
- Combining batches into master batches
- Print pick lists, pull sheets and distribute to the floor
- Run open order report and communicate with customer
- Coordinating carriers, the customer routing guides provided
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones
- Claims resolution experience preferred but not required
