As one of our dynamic Counter Managers, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing our high-performing team of Beauty Advisors to continually exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets. This involves managing the counter while developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance.
