PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

We are a growing short-term let management company, looking after clients’ property investments. As part of this, we carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks and respond quickly to issues as they arise.

We are now seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our Maintenance and Operations Manager with day-to-day jobs, such as:

• Changing lightbulbs and carrying out small repairs
• Building and assembling furniture
• Stripping wallpaper and assisting with refurbishments
• Making up beds and preparing properties for guests
• Maintaining hot tubs (full training provided)
