Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Documentation Specialist in the Maintenance Department, you will be integral to the success of the team. You will work closely with leadership and help them create and maintain world-class processes and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Will have control of all department documentation (LOTO program, Calibration paperwork, Asset files, Daily checks), and ensures their integrity
  • Maintain Training files on all maintenance personnel and run reports on needed Training
  • Maintain Master Control for Maintenance Team
  • Ability to change PM Templates for proper wording or additional steps
  • Ability to generate EM, Cals, PM’s, and other needed Maximo WO’s
  • Help with Project process and paperwork
  • Develops, proposes, establishes, and enforces Document Control policies and procedures including the need for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
  • Ability to pull Audit paperwork and represent the Maintenance Department as needed
  • Route incoming purchase approvals for proper signatures
  • Run reports on KPI’s by shift and as a whole
  • Work Orders completed
  • Work Hours documented vs. Work Hours Worked
  • MTBF, MTTR, PM on-time completion, RM on-time completion
  • Budget compliance

  • Ability to Input incoming WR’s into the system
  • Ability to navigate and retrieve documents/drawings from PDM
  • Organize and maintain Maintenance Teams Page documents so that they are easily found and usable by the team
  • Audit WO completion for accuracy, and understand ability
  • Research our documentation for Customer Corrective Actions, and provide it to the respective departments
