We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer who is experienced and highly self-motivated. The position will require an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This individual will need to interact on a daily basis, in a professional and courteous manner, with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly and have strong organizational skills to organize his/her workload, complete service requests, and meet with vendors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

·Should have verifiable apartment/building maintenance experience.
· Should have outstanding communication skills.
· Should have dependable transportation to and from work.
· At least four years of experience in a maintenance role preferred
.Basic knowledge with Yardi maintenance is a plus

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

· Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, leaks, HVAC and issues in rental units
· Perform minor repairs in rental units including replacing light bulbs, smoke detectors
