The Role & What You Will Be Doing
The Production Documentation Assistant is responsible for document support services to the Production Department.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Maintenance Technician (Packaging) role will make an impact:

  • Setup, PM and fault finding on automated Vial and Syringe packaging lines.
  • Setup, PM and fault finding on automated Vial and Syringe inspection lines.
  • Carry out scheduled service on plant equipment and be responsible for documenting works to high standard, while adhering to the schedule.
  • Carry out electrical service and mechanical installation
  • To prepare plant equipment for external contractors and inspectors
  • To assist external contractors when required,
  • Carry out site EH&S induction training and permitting tasks.
  • Working within site EH&S frameworks for team and contractor Safety.
  • Ordering of spares, consumables and services to keep schedules on track.
  • Monitor and record critical temperature/Flow/Pressures etc
  • Responsible for adhering to and drafting of, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions pertaining to the Work-In-Process area
  • Responsible for adhering to regulatory quality standards, internal and external ( FDA & cGMP)
  • When required, you will be responsible for mentoring, training and supervision of other staff.
  • Responsible for maintenance of access control systems on site
  • Training on new processes and equipment as introduced.
  • You will be required to be flexible in this position and must be prepared to such undertake overtime and callout duties or other works as may be assigned to your role by the company.

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • Formal qualification/Apprenticeship - joinery, painting, electro/mechanical etc. with 3+ years’ experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Must be computer literate (Word & Excel) and expected to complete paperwork to high standards
  • Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.
