JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in managing and optimizing cross-departmental logistics and supply chain processes
• Analyze operational, inventory, and transportation data to propose actionable solutions and monitor execution
• Support management of vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient business operations
• Participate in project management, including process improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement
• Prepare management reports and key business metrics to support senior-level decision making
• Execute real operational projects, taking responsibility for independent analysis and strategy development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis tools, or ERP systems for business analysis
• Experience in project management or business process improvement is a plus
• Ability to independently handle complex business issues and provide solutions under pressure
