For our Legal and Compliance team in our offices in Munich, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Digital Design and Transformation:

  • Assist in the execution of digital transformation projects led by the Risk & Compliance department, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Support project teams with the organization of pilots and rollouts, including face-to-face training sessions, eLearning development, and user acceptance testing
  • Develop essential support documentation such as guidelines and user manuals to facilitate smooth project implementation.

Maintenance and Operation of Existing Solutions:

  • Provide daily support for already-implemented digital compliance solutions and processes across Europe, including areas such as Transfer of Value reporting, material review and approval
  • Manage issue resolution and error handling processes for these systems, liaising with external vendors for system maintenance as necessary
  • Identify system gaps and apply lessons learned for ongoing improvement and optimization

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Support the development of a compliance monitoring and reporting system based on existing data from CRM, SAP, and contract management systems
  • Analyze and assess reports, offering initial insights into discrepancies and suggesting possible resolutions

SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of professional working experience in a similar role and industry
  • Working experience with European transparency reporting requirements and Veeva Promomats is required
  • A digital-native mindset, with a strong grasp of data management
  • Strong familiarity with IT tools, in particular MS Office (Excel), basic CRM, SAP, and SharePoint
  • Project management experience, in particular with technology projects, preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a matrix structure
  • A collaborative team player who is open-minded, flexible, and motivated to grow
  • High customer service orientation, with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A keen interest in healthcare compliance requirements and integrating them into business processes is preferred
  • Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required for daily business interactions

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the Risk & Compliance department in implementing business solutions that enhance standardization and automation across Legal, Ethics, and Compliance. By analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain agility and future-focused operations. Additionally, you will oversee the effective daily support of digital solutions, collaborating with external vendors when needed to ensure seamless functionality across Daiichi Sankyo Europe and its European affiliates.
