Essilor of America, Inc. (Essilor), is the leading manufacturer and wholesaler of prescription lenses in the United States. We currently have a Manager, HR Compliance, EEO & Affirmative Action career opportunity at our Dallas, Texas location.
Bachelor’s degree required
5 to 7 years of progressive, relevant work experience, including demonstrated technical knowledge in areas directly applicable to the position required
Demonstrated experience in performing statistical analysis, assessments, and compliance-related reporting required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and influence decision making required
Demonstrated ability and skills in presenting to and influencing Sr. leadership and other large groups
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laws and regulations as they relate to the business
Excellent Microsoft Office suite experience including advanced functions within Excel
Strong project management and process improvement skills
Strong technical skills related to pulling and aggregating reports from multiple HRIS and Applicant tracking systems
Hands on experience and familiarity companywide compensation programs as it relates to wage and hour and EEOC regulations.
Experience with total rewards, including benefits, pension and deferred compensation is desire

Responsible for overall management of EssilorLuxottica federal contractor compliance program
Executes and delivers strategies, plans, and initiatives to meet compliance obligations and minimize risk exposure
Interfaces with and serves as liaison between internal/external legal partners, brand/business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and execution of federal contractor and hiring related obligations
Educates and advises internal partners on federal contractor and hiring obligations and risks
Implements and enforces measures that establish accountability for federal contractor and hiring compliance
Leads OFCCP audits at counsel’s direction
Develops AAPs and conducts related data analyses in partnership with external consultant
Monitors and manages OFCCP and EEOC regulatory requirement changes; manage and perform critical analyses on the impact to the business; develop action plans; and implement changes.
Serves as SME on all US/PR/CAN pre-hire and hiring related topics
Consults and advises Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on applicant tracking compliance and documenting of good faith efforts.
Monitors and enforces compliance with OFCCP hiring-related requirements (job postings, disposition code use, closing old requisitions, etc.)
Participates in national organizations concerned with EEO/AA issues
Partners with internal DEI team to educate business partners on diversity progress and strategize ways to improve organizational diversity
Manages data collection related to annual demographic survey and reporting needs and partners with outside vendor to ensure timely filing of required annual reporting.
Develops and trains managers and HR team on AA/EEO related matters.
Consults as OFCCP expert on pay equity analyses.
Reviews contracts for non-standard federal contractor requirements and advises on compliance needs.
Works closely with cross-functional teams across the business and HR community.
