This high performing leader will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda. For this role to be a fit- you must be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to work in fast paced and ever-changing environments. You should be able to guide the organization in the proper way to leverage new systems and be able to understand how new technology developments impact the company. This role will focus on the Oracle EPM suite of applications and oversee the daily operations. This will include supporting the business needs- coordinating defect and enhancement tickets- and tracking the budget consumption for third party EPM operations support.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership ability

Domain Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EPM related functional and configuration experience
  • Proficiency in either Hyperion- FDMEE- DRM- ODI- SQL- Snowflake- or Oracle EPM apps


  • Coordinate and manage Month-End-Close (MEC) activities for Oracle ePBCS applications
  • Drive stabilization and handover to Finance- Shared Services- and Support Organization
  • Support incidents and migration activities using ITIL methodology (P1/P2 Incidents- SLA- Problem Tickets- RCA- and Change Management)
  • Drive knowledge transfer to the ongoing support area
  • The candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects delivering enhanced business processes supported by technology in the EPM space including zero-based-budgeting and FP&A budgeting & planning tools.
  • Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes
  • Support business readiness (people- data- processes- procedures- technology)
  • Will lead integration conversations across processes within finance and accounting
  • Support change management activities for projects (Change Impact Assessment- Communications- Training)
  • Drive gap resolution process in close cooperation with Finance & Operation Support team
  • Be able to provide training to end users for the Oracle financial planning systems
  • Drive system support for EPM applications (e.g. Planning- Budgeting- and Forecasting)
  • Help manage third party vendors supporting EPM operations
  • Help maintain Knowledge Base Documentation relating to application design and/or admin processes for our EPM support libraries
