Manager / Lead Test Production Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY

• Test program design and development for new products and project management.
• Create and develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs for both production and characterization testing of new products.
• Design and develop final test load boards and wafer sort probe cards.
• Conduct characterization testing, prepare test specifications, and define tests, conditions, and criteria.
• Possess strong digital and mixed-signal programming skills for ATE using C++/VB languages and scripting.
• Monitor and manage production test yields, including handling maverick lots and engineering lots.
• Perform hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improve test solutions in both hardware and software.
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions.
• Enhance the technical competency of the team.
• Develop product test plans, schedules, resource requirements, and track project execution.
• Conduct product test reviews, approve test program releases, and maintain and improve the product test process.Any other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with ATE test program development using C++ or VB
• Experience with Test Hardware Development (Loadboard and Probecard)Experience with using of Teradyne ATE testers, Chroma or others
