We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Leadership Development to design, implement, and manage programs that enhance leadership capabilities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of leadership principles, organizational behavior, and talent development. This role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with senior leaders and HR to create strategies that cultivate high-performing leaders, aligning with the company’s values and business goals.
This role is ideal for an individual passionate about building leadership talent and contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or related areas
  • Proven experience in designing and facilitating leadership development programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership competencies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with senior leadership
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables
