REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; prior pricing or product development experience is an advantage.
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen. Proactive, solution-oriented and keen to bring fresh perspectives to product design and pricing.
  • Clear and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A dependable team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good progress in actuarial exams
Responsibilities
  • Perform the pricing of Participating/Investment-Linked (ILP) products, contribute innovative ideas to deliver competitive and sustainable product designs.
  • Present and communicate pricing recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, drive sound pricing decisions and support risk management objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Risk Management and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of new products.
  • Support internal governance and regulatory review processes for product approval.
  • Refine pricing methodologies, enhance actuarial models and tools, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the annual business planning process by analyzing key financials, product performance and market opportunities.
