Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management
Role

This role requires an experienced individual with demonstrated success managing robust programs and product go-to-market execution, enabling scale. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage, align and execute on opportunities/challenges across highlighted business lines
  • Lead coordination of business and customer activities across different teams, in relation to products and cross-product bundles.
  • Build strong relationships across Mastercard including customer, technology, and global product teams
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities to drive awareness to expand value of highlighted solutions
  • Measure against in-year and multi-year revenue targets, and support for finance forecast cycles
  • Develop external program narratives, value quantification tools, and support in customer conversations as required.
  • Drive strategic thinking for product enhancements, factoring in external considerations, regulatory environment and internal innovation roadmap.
  • Leverage and share data insights, voice of the customer to drive process and product enhancements
  • Responsible for launching, scaling, and optimizing highlighted solutions across NAM
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and support advanced sales opportunities when needed

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or Digital Platform Partners
  • Understanding of the Canadian market, and more specifically the payments industry
  • Demonstrated ability to act with customer focus and execute with urgency
  • Ability to forge strong relationships, with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Overnight travel as required (5-10%)
