Description:

The Purchasing, SCIS & Analytics Manager is responsible for efficient throughput of Supply Chain procurement, sourcing and purchasing functions for the distribution of supplies from Supply Chain inventory to patient care units. The incumbent is also responsible for supply chain data management and analytics within ERP and materials management information systems. The incumbent ensures the implementation and sustainment of processes and coordinates the integration of supply chain management systems (MMIS) with patient charging systems (e.g., EPIC Optime, Implant Management, etc.). The manager works with system partners to ensure special supply chain/equipment needs for individual patients are available and executes established expense and capital budgets in coordination with clinical staff. In partnership with Supply Chain colleagues, the incumbent coordinates supply chain initiatives such as product conversions and standardization efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or courses leading to a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Business, but will consider Bachelor’s degree in financial field or <5 years’ experience managing projects/programs
  • >2 years’ experience managing people
  • Experience managing projects with limited scope (product, equipment conversions)
