Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
:
Customer Service/ Sales experience in international SGI, FMCG and/ or consulting company
Operational Wholesale Market experience in Customer Service, Sales, Fulfillment, Sales coordination
Broad SAP SD knowledge, FICO a plus
High degree of commercial knowledge and business acumen
Strong understanding of Wholesale processes, KPIs and ability to influence others
Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, facilitation, negotiation)
Demonstrable analytical, planning and organizational skills (e.g. project management and strategic development)
Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
Creative, open-minded and agile team player
Mental flexibility, initiative and determination
Fluent in written and spoken English. Skills and abilities in another language are a benefit

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in business, ideally with Sales/Marketing or Retail focus
3+ years’ experience in the sporting goods or comparable industry
1+ years’ experience in Business Systems & Processes (SAP, CRM, B2B)
Cross-functional experience ideally with Marketing/ Finance/ Global Operations/ SCM
Experience within different countries and/or different cultures
Basic Project Management skill

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

The Sales Development team develops best-in-class and future oriented tools, processes, policies and guidance to enable the markets to achieve operational excellence and commercial success. As part of the Sales Development team you will act as reliable, supportive and visionary partner for all markets globally as well as the Global Sales/ Wholesale Senior Leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

It is the overarching goal to move the adidas Group to a much more consistent, standardized, and automated operating model with solid governance and architecture. In this role you will closely collaborate with the S4HANA project team, GBS - Order to Cash (O2C) stream, SCM Product owners, DSS, IT and markets to design and implement end to end processes, services & solutions for Sales and Customer Service
Represent the markets and Global Wholesale as a Global Sales and Customer service subject matter expert in global standardization, digitalization and ERP projects and provide process competency
Execute the Global WHS strategy with the focus on “Digitize Sales” and support rollouts and development of Digital WHS tools (e. g. CLICK, ASSIST, S. CORE)
Support to analyze, develop new and adjust existing end to end processes/ services, standards
Consult the global SAP roll-out team and market organizations on Sales and Customer Service-related processes
Run commercial assessments of markets and identify and document best-practice
Collect input and business cases from the markets to further develop the Wholesale Sales and Customer Service processes
Support implementation of global standard processes and service levels and drive process improvements
Support to document processes and guidelines and create trainings and communication material
Practice standard project management approach and effective communication and support with tracking of project progress
Organize workshops with markets and global functions
Build trustworthy relationships and an effective and collaborative network across channels and departments
Set personal ambitious objectives and guidelines and assess regularly
