Job Title: Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst IV
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: :The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyst IV to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Experience being the task lead/manager.
- Ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience preparing and delivering presentations and briefings.
- Must be detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. Military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: :Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct analytical, technical, and administrative support for strategic assessments, development of a standardized and repeatable process for review, data collection and analysis of current and future requirements, and implementation of results.
- Prepare Manpower, Personnel and Training Analysis documentation, reports, and briefings.
- Direct the activities of junior Manpower, Personnel and Training Analysts or other staff.
- Demonstrate managerial and supervisory skills.
