Description:

In this role, the Marketing ans Sales Manager will nurture professional relationships within the healthcare community, as well as meeting with and advising potential clients that are considering our services. Manage potential clients to ensure buy in and start of services process completed. Will have an excellent understanding of the challenges of care options and will possess passion for customer service.

  • Market to and build relationships with a variety of referral resources including Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Medical Centers and Community Organizations to offer home care services.
  • Is responsible to generate leads that will get converted at the established ratio.
  • Assists with securing referral partner contracts and service agreements with key accounts.
  • Develops and delivers presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business relationships – want someone with a book of business if possible
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, etc

This position offers a competitive base salary, with generous productivity bonuses. Base compensation will be based on home care marketing experience, education and an established book of business from local referral sources.
