Responsibilities:

  • Specialist:First point of contact for franchisees- provide accurate responses to general questions, coach them and facilitate their marketing-related needs. Also responsible for updating and driving the marketing playbook.
  • Social Media:Proactively manage all social channels overseeing agency partner content and proactively creating and implementing corporate content including images and videos to share brand messages and capitalize on viral opportunities. This will include filming content on-site, as well as capturing photos and videos at company events.
  • Onboarding: Manage the marketing launch of new franchisees including welcome calls, Franchise Management School, and agency connections, ensuring all assets are created including website, social sites, and location listings. This includes expansions & “transpansions”
  • Request Management:Facilitate the creation of creative assets as needed from franchisees and internal stakeholders.
  • Internal Communication: Write, format, and send the monthly internal marketing newsletter, ensuring timely distribution and alignment with company goals. Additionally, contribute to internal message boards by providing valuable tips, tricks, and updates to enhance employee engagement and communication across the organization.
  • General Ad Hoc Projects: Execute on specific projects as assigned by manager
