Description:
THE POSITION
Our client, a major national retailer, is seeking a Marketing and Advertising attorney to cover a parental leave. The successful candidate must possess major brand media experience, with a preference for retail brand experience.
The idea candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, with the ability and willingness to collaborate with colleagues on moving projects forward while minimizing company risk. The role will include advising on marketing contracts, reviewing ads, and providing general advice on promos and marketing campaigns.
Remote, 40 hours per week, for approximately five months. The desired start date is early October.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $110 and $115. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
