About the role:

  • Campaign planning & management – this role will require strong capability in developing project plans, setting timelines and working with the broader team (events, design, digital and PR) to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Webinar & event management - Liaising with the business on content & logistics. Support creation of speaker briefs. Target list development, collateral, communications, logistics, registration and reporting
  • Communications – Development and execution of highly effective and targeted communication plans including drafting and proofing of collateral and thought leadership copy; development of relevant assets including videos, social posts and blogs and by working with our internal design, digital and PR specialists or external vendors as required creating impactful paid and owned executions across relevant channels
  • Thought leadership promotion – Leveraging global content locally with the right audience at the right time
  • Research & Market analysis – continuous marketplace research for specific insight on prospect targeting & market insight
  • Reporting & measurement - ensuring campaign impact is tracked and measured to inform future strategy
  • Stakeholder management – working in a highly collaborative environment and supporting a variety of services this role will require a strong ability to build positive relationships with direct management and senior executives

About you:

  • Proven marketing experience and a third level qualification in business/marketing
  • Proven marketing project management skills gained in a busy environment
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across a complex business
  • Excellent writing and editing skills - Preparing well-structured drafts including website copy, white papers, blog posts, social media content, and product/service descriptions
  • B2B marketing experience an advantage
  • Highly self-directed, looks for ways to overcome blocks and can run multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ambitious and energetic with a passion to develop
  • Excellent time management, ability to plan, prioritise and follow through to completion, taking personal responsibility for achieving high quality results
  • Digital marketing or CMS management a distinct advantage
