Responsibilities:

Due to a wonderful team member embarking on a journey into motherhood, a 10-month parental leave contract is on offer as the Marketing & Communications Lead.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a wide range of initiatives - from public relations and content development to social media management and event coordination. Your key duties will include crafting and executing strategic PR campaigns, managing agency relationships and securing media coverage to elevate the company’s profile. You’ll also develop the content strategy for our digital channels and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
Additionally, you’ll handle the day-to-day social media presence, including content curation and performance tracking. Event and sponsorship organisation will also fall under your purview, as you’ll manage the strategy, planning, logistics and promotion for key portfolio events.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to drive growth and engagement, including community management and editorial control of social channels.
  • Campaign Leadership: Manage stakeholder relationships across the business to instigate and lead growth and community-building campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on social media, events, and media activities. Monitor online engagement and evaluate competitor activity and trends.

  • Project Management: Work closely with the Head of Brand and Communications to oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
  • Media Campaigns: Lead on media campaigns, developing story ideas, briefing stakeholders, and preparing interview responses.
  • B2B Communication: Serve as the primary checkpoint for B2B communication, managing email journeys, website content, articles, media stories, events, videos, and presentations.
  • Toolkit Development: Maintain and update B2B marketing and sales toolkits with relevant data points and information.
