THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to spearhead our product launches and marketing initiatives. This position requires a blend of project management skills, fundamental copywriting abilities and data analysis aptitude. The right candidate will be adaptable, with approximately one year of marketing experience, specifically in overseeing campaigns and coordinating projects.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Drive major product launches throughout the year
  • Facilitate regular webinar-style launches for our membership platform
  • Plan and execute ad hoc milestone events
  • Maintain marketing funnels for consistent lead generation and nurturing
  • Develop and oversee affiliate campaigns to boost reach and engagement
  • Supervise landing page creation, focusing on conversion optimization and user experience
  • Implement basic technical integrations for campaign execution
  • Craft and refine essential marketing copy across platforms, aligning with brand guidelines
  • Team up with creatives to produce compelling content for emails, social media, and other channels
  • Ensure timely delivery of diverse content (email, blog, podcast, video, graphics) across platforms, meeting specifications
  • Collect and evaluate campaign performance data, producing comprehensive reports and debriefs
  • Apply insights to refine future campaigns and enhance marketing efficacy
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution
  • Organise and lead coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Approximately one year of marketing experience, emphasizing campaign management and project coordination
  • Fundamental copywriting ability to produce engaging marketing content
  • Competence with marketing software, including landing page builders and analytics tools
  • Exceptional organizational capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Adept at collaborating within a remote team setting
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnership coordination
  • Basic technical aptitude for configuring and integrating marketing platforms
