There is plenty of scope to develop your skills and follow your own marketing passions. Reporting to an experienced senior marketing manager, you’ll be well supported in your career progression.
You’ll collaborate with multiple internal teams and with external partners to deliver a wide range of marketing activities, so good communication and teamwork skills are at the heart of this role. As well as working with colleagues across the firm you’ll belong to a large collaborative and innovative team of marketing and business development specialists. In this team there is always someone on hand to help!
You’ll be based in our Poole office at least two days a week with occasional travel to other offices, mostly Salisbury and Southampton. You’ll have flexibility to work at home for several days per week too.
Responsibilities:
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of marketing initiatives for our Poole, Salisbury and Southampton offices. In addition, you’ll be promoting our Business Advisory offering across the firm to promote our services to SMEs.
- Managing events and webinars from start to finish including scoping the event based on objectives through to following up to generate sales leads post event
- Coming-up with ideas for corporate hospitality events to help build closer relationships with clients and contacts
- Coming-up with issue-based marketing and social media campaigns to promote our SME offering
- Producing content such as videos, blogs etc for social media
- Producing marketing materials i.e. PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, eshots, case studies and brochures
- Looking after sponsorships and ensuring we are maximising our agreed packages
- Coordinating the offices’ business development pipeline and qualifying opportunities/leads for the BD team including cross selling
- Managing and assisting with the production of proposal documents and keeping a log on wins & losses. Sharing best practice with other teams
- Coordinating business development meetings for the offices and chasing actions with team members so progress is being made
- Developing keep in touch programmes with the aim of contacting key clients and prospects. Helping offices’ Business Development teams to forge stronger relationships
- Monitoring budgets
