Description

Copart, a global leader in vehicle remarketing and recycling, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team.
In this role, you’ll implement marketing strategies and manage external communications and campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Digital, Operations, Sales) to oversee our Membership portfolio and other brands. The role focuses on driving member/customer acquisition and retention, particularly through impactful email communications, while ensuring the Marketing Plan is executed on time and to a high standard.

Essentials

  • Talented commercial marketer with excellent and creative copywriting skills.
  • Collaborative work style and a team player
  • Experienced in using email platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in HTML coding.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign success.
  • Experience of integrated promotional, direct marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital & social media.
  • Confident communicator who will network and develop strong and productive business relationships with our suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Desirables

  • Experience of the automotive sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience in a membership or subscription-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery and stakeholder management for Copart and related brands.
  • Ensure clear market positioning across offline and online communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns to engage, retain, and grow membership, driving lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to promote membership benefits.
  • Create content, manage communications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and build key relationships.
  • Measure campaign success through analysis and reports, optimising marketing effectiveness.
  • Drive promotion of new products/services and oversee campaign strategy execution.
  • Manage member feedback to enhance satisfaction and marketing impact.
  • Implement brand and external communications strategy.
  • Develop marketing collateral and conduct ROI analysis to refine strategies.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and a “one team” culture.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
