Description Position Summary The Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving brand visibility, strengthening customer relationships, and leading the execution of marketing initiatives across global markets. This role requires extensive domestic and international travel to organize and manage trade shows, conferences, and customer events. The Marketing Lead will serve as the central coordinator for marketing strategy, creative design, and brand development while working cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Executive Leadership. This is a dynamic leadership position requiring a blend of strategic marketing expertise, creative vision, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in event management, branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities · Lead planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and customer-facing events worldwide. · Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance visibility, consistency, and recognition across all customer touchpoints. · Manage scheduling of meetings, new customer introductions, and executive engagement opportunities. · Oversee creation of marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, brochures, and digital assets. · Maintain and enhance company websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. · Drive overall branding improvements, including digital presence, social media, and customer communications. · Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs. · Track and report marketing effectiveness, including event ROI, customer engagement metrics, and brand reach. · Serve as brand ambassador, ensuring consistent representation of company identity and messaging, along with improved customer engagement. · Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of company resources. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. · Demonstrated success in organizing and managing trade shows and large-scale events. · Strong design and creative skills (graphics, presentations, digital media). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company to global audiences. · Willingness and ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally. · Demonstrated technical proficiency with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. · Preferred: · Knowledge of social media strategy and analytics. · Familiarity with B2B marketing in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries. · Experience collaborating with international customers and partners. · Proven ability to balance creative design with strategic marketing and measurable business outcomes.
