As our new Mechanical Engineer, you will join our Product Development department in Struer, becoming an integral part of our global Mechanical Engineering team. You will work on exciting projects, bringing your expertise to the forefront.
Key responsibilities
Working alongside concept creators, designers, hardware, acoustics, and other specialists, you will bring new and exciting products to life.
Responsibilities:
Leading the mechanical engineering creation process throughout the complete NPI phase, in close collaboration with external development partners.
Mastering concept and architecture engineering, providing mechanical engineering expertise and know-how.
Making assessments and recommendations for material and process choices based on mechanical design principles, supporting design for perfection, manufacturing, longevity, and magical elements.
Creating mechanical constructions and driving proof of concept through rapid prototyping and simulations.
Cooperating with suppliers for exploration and product development, transforming proven concepts and architecture into material and product requirements.
Working closely with other engineering functions, Quality, Project Management, and external partners to ensure product and process validation.
