Description:
A new role to trust to provide administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer in their role as responsible offer.
Undertaking all administrative duties relating to medical and dental revalidation and appraisal, and to support the CMO in annual job planning rounds (supporting with system administration).
You will have an understanding of revalidation and appraisal for doctors in order to continue with assurance that they are carried out on time for all medical and dental staff within the trust.
Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Directors and all medical and dental staff supporting them in revalidation and appraisal processes online.
Working with Chief Medical Officer, Clinical Directors and General managers in ensuring a robust annual job planning round is set up and providing system administration and advice throughout the process, including drafting of all staff change forms where job plans are changed.
