INTRODUCTION

ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products has launched a multi-year plan to phase out its mainframe systems and to modernize the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) applications, deploying a market solution “PSIMetals”, across several plants in Europe.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Application Manager to join our dynamic D&IT (Digitalization & IT) Manufacturing/Maintenance/Quality department, in the MES CoE (Centre of Excellence) team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of our MES applications.
He/She will play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of one of ArcelorMittal’s most important applications to conduct daily business.
Acting as an application administrator, he/she will be MES CoE single point of contact in front of other IT departments (Infrastructure, network…), targeting system’s reliability according to Group’s standards.
