Description:
Responsibilities:
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Project Engineer with a background in Signalling & Telecoms to work on the Renewals and Enhancements programme of works. In this role you will be involved in projects that range from complex full system renewals to upgrading junction controllers.
As a Project Engineer at Transport for Greater Manchester you will join our Metrolink Engineering team to deliver capital projects across the network. You will be involved with writing specifications, reviewing tenders, overseeing designs, and providing some site assurance. You will also support and lead the management of technical interfaces, particularly with our Operator.
