· The Role: Multimedia Marketing Designer
We’re searching for a versatile and creative designer to help us tell LakeScape’s story through powerful visuals and multimedia content. From social media campaigns and video ads to brochures, drone photography, and podcasts, you’ll be at the center of how we share our brand with the world.
This isn’t just a desk job — you’ll get the chance to create content in the field (sometimes right on the water at Lake Martin) as well as collaborate closely with our team to bring marketing ideas to life.
· What You’ll Do
· Develop engaging designs for print, digital, and video marketing campaigns
· Capture photography and video (including drone footage) to showcase LakeScape’s projects
· Produce high-quality video ads, podcasts, and social media content
· Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to keep our brand message consistent
· Stay on top of creative trends, new tools, and fresh ideas in multimedia design
· What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of experience in design, multimedia content creation, or marketing
· A portfolio that shows off your creative range — from digital campaigns to video projects
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and photography/videography
· A passion for storytelling through visuals
· Someone who thrives both independently and as part of a team
Bonus points if you’ve worked with digital marketing platforms (social ads, Google Ads, email campaigns).
· Work Environment & Requirements
· Mostly office-based (Eclectic, AL), with regular opportunities to shoot content outdoors around Lake Martin
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment (tripods, cameras, signage, etc.)
· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, including in lakeside environments
· Occasional evenings or weekends during events or peak seasons
· Valid Alabama driver’s license required
