POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends creativity with strategy—conceptualizing, filming, editing, and publishing high-quality content across multiple platforms. In addition to managing engaging social media content for various clients and companies, you will design and execute professional email marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proven ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; familiarity with additional creative tools is a plus.
• Experience with social media scheduling and automation tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices for both social media and email.
• Excellent copywriting skills for short-form, long-form, and email content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects for different brands simultaneously.
• Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Motion graphics/animation experience.
• Photography skills for product and lifestyle shoots.
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and email deliverability best practices.
• Experience with CRM systems for integrated marketing campaigns.
