YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
• Experience in Booking Coordination
• Experience with air freight pricing
• English Advanced

YOUR ROLE

Responsible for compiling sell rates for air logistics quote requests from internal/external customers on behalf of the CaC Cluster

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all air logistics quotation requests (excluding project cargo ) from CaC Region branches using standard templates and maintaining MS Access /or similar database i.e. QTSea
• Updating existing quotations as needed.
• Assist with regional RFQ’s as and when necessary
• Work closely with Dept., managers and sales personnel
• Work with Cluster Air Logistics Managers keeping QT + CCD up to date.
• Price local tenders using customer own templates
• Handle all seafreight quotation requests (excluding project cargo ) from CaC Region branches using standard templates and maintaining MS Access /or similar database
• Updating existing quotations as needed.
• Assist with regional RFQ’s as and when necessary
• Work closely with Dept., managers and sales personnel
• Work with Cluster Air Logistics Managers keeping QT + CCD up to date.
• Price local tenders using customer own templates
• Accomplish with the guidelines established in the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Guide and Zero Tolerance Policy
• Follow all QSHE policies & guidelines
• Ensure all business processes to be followed as per KN systems/guidelines and working instructionsStrictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behaviour, FCPA etc.)
