This role sits within our Personal Injury division and the primary purpose is to support the overall data strategy, including analysing data from multiple sources, evaluate opportunities and potential strategies to support decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking portfolio analysis to improve efficiency, identify trends, opportunities, and early warning signs of the claim’s portfolio performance.
- Providing insights from analysis to inform internal stakeholders and supporting business decisions.
- Proactively contributing to the target setting, monitoring of portfolio performance and trends, and recommending strategy to improve performance.
- Contributing to the development, improvement, and implementation of internal reporting requirements, including innovative dashboards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to priorities business and information needs and translate requirements into reporting deliverables.
- Updating and maintaining Data Definitions in accordance with Data Governance guidelines and policies.
